ACCEPTANCE ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY

Project delivery and will be responsible for ensuring successful acceptance of projects starting from Project Order creation till Customer acceptance & Handover to Customer Support Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate for order creation with all stakeholders (Sales, Product manager, PM and OP Team).
• Managing project order from creation till handover with related stakeholders and departments.
• Organize project handover meetings and share outcomes with all concerned parties.
• Follow up with concerned stakeholders to prepare delivery reports and publish them weekly.
• Track equipment and materials before shipping and verify compliance.
